Rowlett residents get two free visits per calendar year with a Landfill Pass from the City of Rowlett. Non-residents, private haulers and commercial customers pay by the ton. Without proof of residency a non-refundable fee applies ($50 minimum).

Everyone else pays the commercial rates.
