WM's facility page lists municipal solid waste, construction and demolition debris, yard and green waste, clean and non-hazardous contaminated soils and non-regulated industrial sludges; some special wastes need a WM waste approval and must be scheduled ahead. No hazardous waste. WM's page cites permit 1646A; TCEQ lists the active permit as 1646B. No phone number is published for the site. Lacy Lakeview residents can also use Waco's Household Hazardous Waste Day.
Who can use it
City of Lacy Lakeview residents get one free residential waste disposal a month: they must haul it themselves, up to 3 cubic yards (about a pickup bed), with a valid ID and their most recent City of Lacy Lakeview utility invoice. WM's page doesn't say whether other members of the public can self-haul.
Payment: Credit or debit cards, or a WM credit account.
