WM doesn't publish general public self-haul rules; access is confirmed through city resident programs. City of Ferris residents get free monthly landfill disposal. Wilmer residents get one free disposal per month (up to 3 cubic yards of residential waste) with a valid photo ID and a recent utility bill. Cedar Hill residents get one free visit per quarter (up to 3 cubic yards) with their most recent utility bill and a driver's license showing the same address.
