The Recycling Drop-off Center at 2200 McPherson Ave (Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 6pm) takes recyclables only, except during City bulky-item drop-off events. One-day events: household hazardous waste collection for Laredo households on 12/5/2026 at 1800 Hillside Road (TCEQ list).

Who can use it

City of Laredo residents get resident rates and free allowances with a valid Texas driver's license and a current water bill with the same address as the ID. Webb County residents and the public pay per-ton rates.
